Yes there is an additional cost for pool heating, this is $15 per night.

Is there a damage deposit, and what is it used for?

Yes there is a damage deposit of £100 GBP per stay, this is taken in the form of a credit card swipe on arrival at the villa. This is used to replace any items that may be damaged during your stay with us.

About 15 minutes out of commuter rush hour. About 25 minutes during commuter rush hour.

How far away is the nearest grocery store from the villas?

About 2 minutes from the villa is a late hour Shopping area that has restaurants, shops and an excellent grocery super store called Gooding's.

Are cots and high chairs available?

Yes, both are available at a small extra cost.

Is access to the pool area fitted with a child alarm.
