Our Florida villa is located in the Cumbrian Lakes gated community, in Kissimmee. The estate is within a protected 200 acre conservation area. Entering through the gates and down the long driveway, you will immediately be aware of the peace and harmony with nature. A number of lakes are a moment’s walk from the villa with nature trails to follow; you may be lucky enough to spot Cranes, Ospreys and Blue Herons. A children’s play is just across the road, it‘s the perfect location for a quiet Florida holiday.

Kissimmee is the place to be for any visit to Florida. It's within minutes of Disney's Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot Centre and the Water Parks. Seaworld, Universal studios, Universal Islands of Adventure and all the other attractions are close by. Kennedy Space Centre, Tampa and white sandy beaches are just a short drive away. The Highway 192 is a main road with an abundance of shops, restaurants, dinner shows and attractions.
